Work is part of life, not separate from it.

Minal's earlier HR experience adds a practical perspective to work-related stress, people dynamics, career questions and the emotional realities of professional life.

A psychology + workplace perspective

Before focusing on psychology, Minal worked as an HR Executive for two years, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination and other HR responsibilities. That experience informs an understanding of how workplace systems, expectations and relationships can affect well-being.
